CANCELLATION POLICY 

CANCELLATIONS BY MOMENTS EVENT HIRE
In the unlikely event that we cancel your booking due to reasons out of our control (e.g. Dangerous weather conditions), we will offer you a refund in full or reschedule - whichever you prefer.

 

CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER
If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 21 days notice. Any cancellations or reschedule made less than 21 days will result in a loss in your deposit.

Cancellation or Rescheduling can only be done by the person named on the booking.

 

RETURN POLICY

PRODUCTS
As our products are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), these items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via info@momentseventhire.com, immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
