    3. Secure Your Booking with a Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to finalise your booking, which can be paid through the client portal.

  • While we currently don't offer overnight bookings, we can certainly accommodate rentals that span multiple consecutive days.

Pricing and Payments

  • A deposit amount equal to 50% of the total booking cost is required to secure your booking.

    Please note that a full deposit refund is available for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to your booking date.

  • Our standard payment terms are as follows:

    • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

    • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 1 day before the event date.

    • Payment Methods: All payments are made directly through our client portal.

Cancellation and Changes

  • We recommend having a backup indoor plan for your event as our equipment is not designed for use in wet weather.

  • Yes, most of our equipment can be set up outdoors, weather permitting. However, we recommend having a backup indoor plan in case of heavy rain, as our equipment is not suitable for wet conditions.

Rental Details and Policies

  • No, we do not offer dry hire. All our services include set-up, operation, and breakdown by our team.

  • No, everything you need for your event is included in our service. We provide all equipment, supplies, and staff.

  • Safety is our top priority. Our equipment is regularly maintained and our staff is fully trained in safe operation. We advise supervising children around our equipment and ensuring ample space for set-up.

Health, Safety, and Insurance

  • We prioritise food safety and hygiene in all our operations. Our team is fully trained in food hygiene regulations and practices. All equipment and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before, during, and after each event. We adhere to strict food handling guidelines to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for your guests.

  • We thoroughly clean our machines after every use. This includes disassembling, deep cleaning, sanitising, and drying all parts.

  • Yes, our staff undergo comprehensive allergen training. We understand the importance of catering to guests with dietary restrictions. To ensure allergen safety, we implement strict procedures, including dedicated equipment, thorough cleaning, and clear communication with customers about potential allergens.

  • Yes, our staff hold Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificates. This ensures that all food handling is carried out to the highest standards.

  • Yes, all our electrical equipment undergoes regular PAT testing. This ensures the safety of both our staff and your guests.
